Refund policy
We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. While we hope you love your herSkin purchase, we understand there may be situations where a return is necessary.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
- Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items.
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
How to Request a Return
Email us at help@herskin.nz to start a return. If your request is approved, we will provide:
- A return shipping label
- Instructions on how and where to send your item
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing may take 1–2 weeks after we receive your item
- Additional time may be required for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund
Please keep your tracking number when returning items. We cannot process refunds for packages lost in transit.
