Shipping within New Zealand
We offer free standard shipping on all orders $150 and over within New Zealand. Rural deliveries incur an additional $5.70 fee per shipment. herSkin New Zealand reserves the right to update or change this promotion at any time.

Delivery Timeframes*
Delivery times vary depending on your chosen service. Most orders arrive within 1–3 business days from dispatch. Deliveries to rural or remote areas may take longer.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following Monday. All orders are subject to bank authorisation before dispatch. Only authorised purchases will be shipped.

Tracking
All parcels include a tracking number. Please keep your tracking number private. herSkin New Zealand is not liable for any unauthorised redirections or changes made using your tracking number.

Redirection Policy
To ensure accurate delivery, herSkin New Zealand cannot make any redirection requests once an order has been dispatched. If you need your parcel redirected, please contact the courier company directly using your tracking number. herSkin New Zealand is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen parcels resulting from a redirection.

Lost or Stolen Parcels
herSkin New Zealand is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery. If your parcel goes missing, please contact the courier company to open an investigation. Failure to do so may result in no compensation being issued by the courier.
